CONSOLIDATION
Shoe lasts often have a relatively similar heel shape, especially within the company’s own organization. We use this knowledge to determine and derive the optimal heel shape using special 3D analysis tools and algorithms. Combined with the consolidated forecast quantities for the respective lasts, we can effectively cover a large portion of our customer portfolio with minimal effort.
